Your assistant plays a vital role in making sure your business runs smoothly. So, it makes sense for them to be able to access some of your apps from their own account and provide you with as much support as possible.
You’ll now be able to give your assistant access to Moxi and InTouch – and soon to Prospect Square, InSight, Design Concierge and MarketQuest! You need only to submit your assistant’s name and contact information to be added to Trident. Once the information is processed, you’ll no longer need to share your credentials, which is contrary to company policy.
Submitting your assistant’s contact information will allow them to:
- Be associated with you, their sponsoring agent, to permit accountability
- Have their own email address, if they don’t have one
- Have their own Office 365 account
