Coldwell Banker/NRT is launching a beta test of the Zap customer relationship management (CRM) tool to evaluate its features and identify its strengths and weaknesses to make Zap a viable option for all NRT-affiliated agents.

Zap is a proprietary CRM tool for real estate professionals affiliated with the Realogy network that is used to manage and communicate with your contacts and leads. It offers several benefits, including:

  • Administrative access to your presence on, where you can fine-tune your profile, request ratings from buyers and sellers and manage listing appointments/showing requests from
  • ZAP score, a proprietary and predictive algorithm, measures a client’s interactions with to provide insight into consumer behavior, helping agents gauge where a client is in the buying process
  • Mobile tools such as mobile CRM, responsive web design and agent-specific apps
