Pensacola office supports emergency pet food drive

Agents from the Pensacola office recently came to the rescue when the Pensacola Humane Society sounded the alarm that its emergency pantry was running out of food. This worthy organization is one of the few charities in the Greater Pensacola area that provides pet food and supplies to those less fortunate, so when the call went out about the dire need on Nov. 15, agents and their families were quick to respond.

Less than six hours after the emergency call, the Pensacola office put the “flash” in “Flash Drive” and collected 267 pounds of dog and cat food and $60 in cash donations. Thanks to the efforts of agents, their families and staff, the Pensacola Humane Society will be able to fight pet hunger another day and give peace of mind to those in need.
