Business Planning

The core of this new program is to help agents create a 1-year, 3-year and 5-year goal projector, identifying what activities need to happen to support the goals and what systems need to be put in place to reach them. Choose a convenient date and location to attend:

Agent Teams

This new Agent Teams class will focus on harnessing the agent’s innate entrepreneurial skills needed to build and run a business by looking strategically and holistically at business planning. It is recommended that anyone who wants to take this class, also attends the Business Planning class on the same day and same location.
